Identification Requirements
Photo ID, name and address verification is required for every person over the age of 18 in your household every time you come to the food bank. At each visit, you must show photo ID and proof of address for all adults dated within the last 30 days. Yes! Every time you come!
Verification of your children is needed once a year. This form of verification can be one of the following: birth certificates, immunization records, social security cards and/or medical coupons.
Please ask your interviewer if you have any questions on any requirements. If this is your first visit, we understand you may not be prepared with all the paperwork. We will serve you today!
Food Bank & Other Food Assistance
You may visit the food bank twice a month. Your first visit is considered a "regular" visit where you will receive something from each food category that we have. Your second visit is considered an "emergency bag" and you will receive what items we have on our counter.
Monday Night Supper
We have a Community Supper that you and your family are welcome to attend. This is held at the First United Methodist Church on the corner of East Main St and N St SE. Dinner is homemade by many volunteers from our community and we are pleased to be able to share it with you! A donation jar will be waiting at the sign-in table. If you are able to make a donation to help us continue this fabulous dinner, we would so appreciate it.
